Back in January the kids and I took our Flat Stanleys out and about around our community before we shipped them off to see the world.
Each kid decorated a Flat Stanley and I laminated them for durability. (I LOVE my laminator!!) We also made journals for all of Flat Staney’s new friends to use and record his adventures.
I set up the project so that each Flat Stanley would travel to 7 places before coming home. RB’s Flat Stanley was shipped to a friend of mine in Japan and Sweet Cheek’s went to Germany.
I’m hoping they return home in the next 2-3 weeks.
I wonder where they are?

Hi there! I’m Mark, a writer from the Philippines. I was able to take part in this project because of a niece living in California. I really hope Flat Stanley had fun here in our country.
Oh, this is cute! (:
THANKS!!
We had Stanley visit us in Germany back in ’03. He came from visiting my uncle and aunt in Brazil and we took him to language school before sending him on to Japan (or some other missionary we know, can’t remember).
These little guys are a blast, especially with the pictures.
Cool bridge.
Love laminating them to last!
I just hope they return!!
